1. Do I need to register an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, if you register an account with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery. When choosing this payment method, the recipient must pay for the goods upon receipt, not by credit card.

Accepted payment methods and terms depend on the payment terms in the purchase agreement and may allow cash or electronic payments.

3. How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and services are based in Czech, all information you enter (including punctuation) must be in Czech. If your address contains non-Czech letters, we recommend using similar Czech letters instead. For example, you can replace the letter "?" with "c".

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after your order is processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address, not your vacation address, as we cannot estimate customs clearance times in the destination country.

5. How long will it take to ship? How can I track my package?

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a tracking website link via email. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
